DEMAGES & DEFECTS
In instances where your order arrives damaged or defective, our team is ready to assist. Simply email us at support@evermorre.com within 7 days of delivery, with a high-quality image or video displaying the issue, and we'll promptly issue a replacement.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
In the unfortunate event of lost or stolen packages, we will ship out a replacement per order, free of charge.
CANCELLATIONS
